RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Contact me if you need a refund or exchange and we will discuss the appropriate action. I am always happy to fix any mistakes or makes an exchange for something that is more to your liking. 

Payment will be refunded through the method that you paid after the returned item is received in good condition. Return shipping is up to the customer. 

FINAL SALE items are not available for return.

SHIPPING

Items will ship 1- 5 days after payment is received unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Orders are shipped using USPS First Class.

All international orders are shipped USPS First Class International and are not tracked.

Wool for the Dame will not be held liable if the item is lost or damaged.
